I want to start reading and collecting comics where do i start?

I like x-men and I think those are the comics I want to start out with. or is there another comic I should start with. I don't know much about comics so any help is useful.

Try reading Japanese Manga. It's really fun and I should start doing the same for my favorite Bleach. Good luck.
